How do you reset OMEMO? It's far too easy for it to get confused and not want to share keys.

As far as I can tell, Monal does not seem to support listing & joining public rooms. How do we support public room joins? Siskin is capable of listing them, but has OMEMO quirks and other behaviors that make it non-ideal for a main client.
